Account and Orders

Certainly, to register you only need to follow the guided procedure by clicking on the login button, that will allow you to create your personal account. From your user area, in addition to accessing the history of products purchased, you will be able to manage pending orders, initiate a return request and monitor the progress of shipments.

To complete a purchase on www.federicomusetti.com you must add the desired products to your shopping cart by clicking on the “add to cart” button, to access the cart you will need to click on the dedicated icon in the upper right corner. To complete the purchase process you are required to register with an email and a personal password. At this point you will just need to select your preferred payment method from Credit Card, Prepaid Card or PayPal and indicate where you prefer to receive the products.

If you are experiencing any difficulty using the site (accessing your account, registering or completing your order, etc…) please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to follow up with you through the process of completing your order via email at shop@federicomusetti.com.

If you cannot find the products you wish to purchase because they are in restocking, It’s not a problem. For these kinds of requests, we offer an email alert service for those interested in receiving a particular product that is currently out of stock.

To receive an email notification when the product returns to our shop, all you have to do is indicate your preferred address by clicking directly on the “email me when available” button inside the product tab. As soon as the product returns to the assortment an alert will arrive directly in your mailbox and you will be able to purchase the item you want.

If you can’t find the product you want to purchase through our menu, you can try using the search bar; just enter a keyword such as “canvas” or “custom card” to find all the matching products.

If the product is not available at this time, please follow the procedure indicated in the answer to the question above, i.e., “The product I want to purchase is out of stock.” Otherwise, if the reference you wish to purchase is not on our portal, please feel free to contact us by email at shop@federicomusetti.com.

Absolutely yes. you can write to us at our email address shop@federicomusetti.com we will be happy to check the availability of the desired product together and agree on your preferred payment method and shipping address.

At the same time at the end of the purchase process you will receive an email confirming that everything was successful at the address given during registration. At the time of shipment you will be sent a second email with the status of the order and the tracking code to follow its path.

Shipping

We will do everything to ship all orders as soon as they are confirmed.
Prints on canvas, aluminum and playmats are shipped within 7 business days.
All the original artworks (Equipment cards and deck boxes) are shipped within 10 and 18 workdays.

We normally use express shipping to deliver all our orders.

We take extra precautionary measures to ensure adequate protection to the artworks and a secure delivery. The artworks are shipped in the following packages:

Crates: All medium to large framed artworks are packaged in corrugated sleeves and shipped in wooden crates.

Boxes: All small framed original artworks and bricks are packaged and shipped in flat corrugated boxes.

Shipping Tubes: Unless otherwise specified, all fine art prints are shipped unframed/unstretched and rolled in a shipping tube.

We are based in Italy, in the European Union (EU), and all orders are shipped from our studio in the Treviso region.

EU Countries:  No Customs & Import Tax – all deliveries within the European Union (EU) are guaranteed free of import or customs tax.

International (Outside the EU):
For international orders – the final price of your order, at checkout, does not include duties and customs fees. Some countries outside the EU may apply these taxes and duties upon delivery. Such fees are determined by your local authority.

Yes, we do accept special shipping and delivery requests.

Payment and Returns

After you have placed the products in your shopping cart and gone through the registration process, you will be able to complete the purchase process by choosing from the different payment methods available. You will be able to complete your order by paying with: Credit Card (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO, POSTEPAY, MASTERCARD) or prepaid or Paypal, it is also possible to pay via Google Pay and Apple Pay. Our payment services are secured with the latest computer security systems that allow you to protect and encrypt your card and account information.

Absolutely. You will be able to request an invoice by filling out the required fields during the purchase process. You will receive the invoice for the purchased products directly via email to the address given during the registration process.

The return of the goods can be done within 14 days after receiving the package, shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If the item arrives damaged, please take photos and send everything to shop@federicomusetti.com.

The user who has purchased products through www.federicomusetti.com has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Federico Musetti, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, unless otherwise specified.
